Major Bill LaCarn Smith enjoyed success as a Record Producer for acts such as Bruce Channel and Paul And Paula.
In the late 1980's Major Bill claimed he was the Manager for Elvis and that Elvis was very much alive.
To prove it he played me a tape on April 7th 1991 of Elvis(?) calling a Houston radio station.
